Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will be notified of any significant delays.
  • "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • We offer the following shipping options: Standard, Expedited, and Priority.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (excluding discounts and tax)
  • We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We currently utilize Amazon fulfillment to fulfill your orders. Amazon will determine the best shipping carrier based on your location. These include: Amazon, USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping options will have shorter delivery times, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.   

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.   
  • You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.   

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.   

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ironwrx.co. Please provide photos of the damaged package and its contents.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 8 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
