Refund policy

At Ironwrx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we offer a return and refund policy for products purchased on ironwrx.co.  

Return Eligibility:

• You have 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled to initiate a return.
• Only unopened, unused supplements in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.
• Opened supplements are only eligible for store credit.
• If you purchased multiple units of a product, we would issue a store credit for one opened container and refund any remaining unopened items.

Important Notes:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ironwrx.co or 1-844-IRONWRX (1-844-476-6979)          
• We reserve the right to monitor frequent refund requests. Abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
• We do not provide refunds for shipping charges. 

Store Credit:

• Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Store credit can be used towards any purchase on ironwrx.co.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products purchased from retailers other than ironwrx.co.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
